The Astorian Wedding | Houston Photographer | Whitney & Joey
Whitney and Joey first met while living in the same dorm at the University of Texas. And after 7 years of dating Joey finally popped the question! Although rainstorms threatened on the morning of their wedding day, we all breathed a sigh of relief as the rain subsided and humidity cleared just before their gorgeous ceremony at one of our favorite churches, St. Paul’s United Methodist Church.
The Astorian Wedding
The Astorian is an amazing downtown venue inspired by 1920s Art Deco New York, and its industrial chic atmosphere provides a unique backdrop for any event. Plus, we loved their skyline views, large windows, and amazing chandeliers! Whitney and Joey’s tables were adorned with romantic centerpieces featuring candelabras and stunning florals.
And, of course, there was plenty of space for a packed dance floor! The night ended with an amazing dance party, followed by an intimate last dance with Whitney and Joey. Oh, and don’t miss all the crazy fun that took place in their Photo Station HERE.
We wish Whitney and Joey every blessing as they enter into this new chapter of their lives together.
